FNHA Expands Access to OAT Services for BC First Nations

Effective February 1st, 2019 private clinics are eligible to receive reimbursement for the clinic fees associated with providing Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) to people in BC with First Nations Status.  Click here to learn more about the process.

Funding Announcement

Community Action Initiative -

In partnership with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Mental Health & Addictions, we are offering $10M in community counselling grants to:

  1. increase access to community-based counselling for improved mental health and substance use outcomes; and
  2. increase the quality of community-based counselling through the provision of necessary infrastructure to support non-profit, grassroots and/or volunteer-run programs.

Applications open: June 26, 2019 | Applications close: July 26, 2019 | Grants awarded: September 2019
