Funding Announcement

Community Action Initiative -

In partnership with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Mental Health & Addictions, we are offering $10M in community counselling grants to:

  1. increase access to community-based counselling for improved mental health and substance use outcomes; and
  2. increase the quality of community-based counselling through the provision of necessary infrastructure to support non-profit, grassroots and/or volunteer-run programs.

Applications open: June 26, 2019 | Applications close: July 26, 2019 | Grants awarded: September 2019

Guiding Youth Home is an opportunity to bring the community togetherto raise awareness around the growing number of Indigenous youth experiencing homelessness after reaching the age of majority in British Columbia.
